Depression comes in all shapes and sizes and often it feels as though it has come out of the blue. The key to understanding it comes from asking those Why? When? How? and Who? questions. Managing depression is a personalised process of self-explorations leading to a change in negative thought processes and greater personal realisations. Of all therapies this requires the greatest level of personal commitment, time and and patience. Unless that deeper analysis of cause and effect takes place, no quick fix is going to be more than a short term panacea. We will work together on a truly holistic approach looking for that deeper sense of self knowledge that will identify the causes and the environments, those learnt negative behaviours that lead to depression before moving into the healing stage and creating positive pathways to change.

CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations of planned session less than 48 hours before the commencement of the session, will not be refunded. If 2 or more sessions are cancelled less than 24 hours before the commencement of sessions, Coach reserves the right to terminate this agreement without refunds. The company reserves the right to not offer a replacement session where cancellations of a planned session are less than 24 hours before the commencement of the session. If 2 or more sessions are cancelled less than 24 hours before the commencement of sessions, the company reserves the right to terminate this agreement without refunds. For treatment plan sessions, the client will be responsible for cancellation of a session 48 hours before a session, that session can be rescheduled and will be chargeable at the normal rate, failure to show up to a planned session without notification will result in that session being charge at the full rate. Only confirmation provided by company for any rescheduling requests will be accepted
