A BIT ABOUT ME

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2012 and to be perfectly honest it was a diagnosis that I did not fully understand.

It took me a long time to learn how to cope with this debilitating life illness and sometimes I feel I am still learning.

But that process opened up something in me and I found that I could use my experiences to help those around me also newly diagnosed or those finding that other areas in their lives had shifted like sand beneath their feet and they were struggling to adapt.

After a period of study, I certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, believing in its core system of linking emotions and thoughts to our actions, and therefore learning how to modify those patterns of behaviour to bring about more positive outcomes

My aim is to help you grow and develop,  to guide you in identifying those core challenges that are holding you back and, together, find solutions to those setbacks in your life, through creating personalised plans and showing you how to incorporate easy to use tools from life coaching that will give you the confidence to achieve your goals.
