Service Description
We all get angry, over silly things, over major things, political things, you name it, someone, somewhere is angry about it. But what about when that anger starts to spill over, when it starts to affect your relationships, yourself? Anger management can help you learn to control your responses to triggers - those things that set you off on a spiral. Anger and stress levels are closely linked - providing some of the same physical responses in your body, relaxation techniques can help bring those physical symptoms down and allow you to keep control of the anger, stop you from displaying it in inappropriate ways. Triggers come in all forms, but usually because there is an underlying issue, a trauma if you like. We will work to together to identify it, and the circumstances around it that become those trigger points before finding a behavioural change strategy personalised to you to help you cope with the challenges the future holds.
Contract Terms and Conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations of planned session less than 48 hours before the commencement of the session, will not be refunded. If 2 or more sessions are cancelled less than 24 hours before the commencement of sessions, Coach reserves the right to terminate this agreement without refunds. The company reserves the right to not offer a replacement session where cancellations of a planned session are less than 24 hours before the commencement of the session. If 2 or more sessions are cancelled less than 24 hours before the commencement of sessions, the company reserves the right to terminate this agreement without refunds. For treatment plan sessions, the client will be responsible for cancellation of a session 48 hours before a session, that session can be rescheduled and will be chargeable at the normal rate, failure to show up to a planned session without notification will result in that session being charge at the full rate. Only confirmation provided by company for any rescheduling requests will be accepted
